BLS Member Texting Terms and Conditions:

Body Love Swimwear wants to keep you confident and up-to-date. We do this by using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text updates and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, a European Union company with office at Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text messages and notifications at any time you can reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

REFUND POLICY

TO RETURN / EXCHANGE YOUR BODY LOVE SWIMWEAR
Our RETURN / EXCHANGE policy lasts 14 days.

If it has been over 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange your swimwear. 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your swimwear must be unused and unworn. Your BLS must also be in the original packaging with the hangtags and hygienic liner of the swimsuit attached. The return shipping fee is $8.
For all orders sent outside the USA, unfortunately, we can not offer an exchange or refund for any items, so it is considered a final sale. All sale items and accessories are also final sale.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
$15 for standard delivery (typically 7-10 business days);
$25 for two-day and
$40 for next-day.
A signature is required for delivery of orders over $1,500.
Return Shipping
For your convenience, all orders shipped within the contiguous United States will include a USPS return shipping label. Using the pre-printed label to make a return will result in an $8 shipping fee being deducted from the amount being returned to you. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will not include pre-printed return labels.
Tracking
We mainly ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Need a different size or color?
Place a new order for the proper size or color and return the original purchase. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. This offer is only applicable if it is within the 14 day policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before shipping.

Our weekend cut off for order processing begins at 2pm PST. Items listed as pre-order will be shipped as soon as the items are available. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We use seeded paper for all our packaging. Simply bury in 1/8" of soil in a sunny spot with plenty of water and wildflowers will bloom.

Ocean conscious

As we develop our swimwear line, the fabric will be reusing waste fishing nets captured in the ocean.
